My time at Eastern Beach By Germaine
Eastern Beach
Wow! what a beautiful day. On Monday all the classes and teachers went to Eastern Beach for a School trip. Miss Paton told Room 5 to line up. We lined up and we started walking. When we were walking we saw Room 6 waiting for the bus to come. When Room 5 was at the drive way, the bus came. There were three buses. We hopped on the bus.We were at Eastern Beach. It was really hot. Mr Johnston told the Juniors to get changed so they did. The Juniors were putting on their life jackets on they went in the sea. After that they came to meet Mr Johnston at the sand. They took the life Jackets off and they went to have a swim in the nice cold sea. After that they were still swimming. Nick and Mr Neapia were helping. Keri was watching the Juniors swim. Mr Johnston told us some rules. When he told us the rules we hopped in the beach. It was so cold over there. Angel and I were playing some games. I was splashing Angel and she was screaming. Mr Johnston told Room 5 to come so we did. Some kids didn’t come out but Ms Kirkpatrick growled at them. We took off our life Jackets and hopped in the sea. After that we had to get out for lunch. For lunch I had Tim Tams, chips, drinks, cookie and sandwiches. After that we went back to the beach. Mr Johnston told all of the classes to have a swim for about 30 minuets. After that Leenas pushed Angel and I got pushed away from the swimming board. It was so funny. After that Leenas chucked me away. Then we had to get out to get changed. Then we went on the bus. Some people were sleeping. We got to school and we went home. I enjoyed going on the trip.It was so fun. Friday, 2 March 2012
